And that's understandable! After all, these clients know everything about retail, healthcare, or accounting. But not about ERP implementation and change projects.

Different focus
Unfortunately, most ERP vendors and their implementation partners traditionally focus more on their own revenue and growth. For example:
- if a vendor offers partner awards, they are almost always based on revenue. Not on customer satisfaction.
- most implementation partners measure and reward their employees based on revenue and billable hours. Not on churn or customer happiness.
Is it any wonder then that many projects still fail partially or completely?
