Before signing a new contract, ERP partners always check whether their potential customers are creditworthy.

After all, you don't want to run the risk that your customer cannot pay the bills.

Strangely enough, only very few implementation partners also check whether their new customer is sufficiently prepared for project success. And the change process that is associated with it.
