Dynamics and more Blog

Improve your 2026 results by learning from your 2025 projects

These days, many Dynamics 365 partners are closing a very busy and exciting period. After all, the turn of the year is a time where traditionally many GoLive moments are planned and executed.

It is wise to use the month of January for some reflection. Many partners are of good will when it comes to evaluating and learning. But in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, many organizations nevertheless often fall by the wayside.

Oftentimes it is the new prospects who are already asking for all the attention.

Some helpful questions

Here are some questions that may be helpful in this process:

✅ What problems did we encounter and how did we solve them?

✅ Which approaches should become part of our methodology?

✅ How did the communication go and where can we improve?

✅ Where did misunderstanding arise between us and the customer?

✅ Which of the problems do we recognize from previous years?

✅ What problems could be avoided with better preparation?

✅ What is the economic damage due to credit invoices, unpaid work and legal cases?

✅ What are the chances that these organizations will still be customers in 3 years' time?

I can help you

I help D365 partners to learn from their good and bad performances, resulting in improving sales and implementation methodologies.

Do you feel there is room for improvement in your overall project approach?

Then consider organising a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 for your team with me. And do what fellow D365 partners such as 4PS UK, tegos, AGOLUTION, M-Assist and Seyfor have done before.
