Dutch D635 partner Blisss prepares its clients for project success once again

Incidentally, it is much more about the organisation, the culture and the passion for the project than about the possibilities of the technology.

That is precisely why the successful Dutch Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner Blisss organises so-called ERP Transformation Masterclasses. Aimed at the senior management of their existing and potential customers. Intended to substantially increase the chance of project success. Because many risks are easy to reduce or avoid if organisations are well prepared.

Last week I was invited to deliver the second Masterclass edition in 6 months. Again in front of a full house. This time with a striking number of prospects. Once again it was an inspiring day. With good discussions. Insightful exercises. Many learning moments. And luckily we laughed together.

All participants returned home with a bag full of good ideas and a well-filled workbook with very valuable notes.
