A thorough preparation for an ERP project is of great importance these days. Failure is not an attractive option. And choices, once made, are difficult to change.
To help her current and future customers prepare well, successful German Dynamics 365 BC partners APTEAN DACH and TRASER Software invited me to deliver an ERP Transformation Masterclass as a smart extension to their annual customer event in Cologne.
For TRASER Software it was already their 5th Masterclass edition.
These intensive 1-day workshops help C-level professionals prepare for an ERP implementation success. And the important transformation process that is aligned with that.
The two partners collected 20 (paying) attendees and added 5 seats for their own staff.
What were the topics?
In this session, we discussed many important topics including:
- How to adapt our business model to stay competitive in the long-term?
- What is better for us – the standard solution or customized software?
- How do we motivate our team to go that extra mile for success?
- How to use organizational change to modernise our processes and mindsets?
- What is the ideal role model behavior for our management?
Together we collected many new insights together, had good discussions, did a couple of valuable exercises and luckily also had some fun. 😊

The overall evaluation score for this Masterclass was 9,4 on a 1-10 scale.
