Blisss prepares her customers for project success

A thorough preparation for an ERP project is of great importance these days. Since failure is not an attractive option. And choices, once made, are difficult to change.

To help her current and future customers prepare well, successful Dutch Dynamics 365 BC partner Blisss invited me to deliver an ERP Transformation Masterclass.

This intensive, valuable 1-day workshop helps C-level professionals prepare for the implementation of a new ERP solution. And for the crucial transformation process that is aligned with that.

What are the topics?

In this Masterclass, we discussed many important topics including:

  • How to adapt our business model to stay competitive in the long-term? 
  • What do we need to do to become a truly customer-oriented organisation? 
  • What is better for us – the standard solution or customized software? 
  • What are the costs of our internal silo’s and how to best demolish them? 
  • What are our tasks and responsibilities and what can we expect from our partner? 
  • How to use organizational change to modernise our processes and mindsets? 
  • What is the ideal role model behavior for our management? 

We collected many new insights together, had good discussions, did a couple of valuable exercises and luckily also had some fun. 😊

What was the feedback?

The overall evaluation score for this Masterclass was 8,7 on a 1-10 scale.

It was an interactive and valuable session! The attendees went home with a bag full of inspiration, warnings, examples, handy formats and new insights.
