Make your customer events more attractive!

What started as a request for a keynote presentation turned into a two-day event with a great agenda.

German Dynamics 365 BC partners APTEAN and sister company TRASER Software organize their first joint customer event on November 27th in Cologne.

During the intake call, they were clear. They didn't want an event with just one-way communication. And they wanted to attract C-level professionals in addition to the usual attendees from Finance and IT.

So we added a panel discussion with a few customers on stage, where all participants can vote on stimulating statements via their phones. Some provocative moderation during the day. And a so-called Transformation Masterclass the day after.

The idea behind this approach is quite smart

Anyone who wants to attract executives needs to offer additional value. An inspiring Masterclass for executives on strategy, transformation and project success makes the travel expense for both days worthwhile. Especially in a large country like Germany!

Whereby both parts reinforce each other. And an informal evening program further improves mutual contacts.

The teams quickly sold out this Masterclass

No fewer than 20 paying participants will attend. To exchange ideas with other board members. To conduct practical exercises. To learn from failed ERP projects. And to be inspired about what makes their project successful.
